Mission Statement: The Role of Indoor Health in Family Well-being
Rachel’s mission is to transform the way families experience health by prioritizing the indoor environment as a foundation for well-being. With families spending the majority of their time indoors, the air they breathe, the water they drink, the lighting they are exposed to, and the materials surrounding them all play critical roles in their long-term health. By addressing air quality, humidity control, lighting, water purification, and non-toxic building materials, Rachel works to ensure that homes, schools, and workplaces actively support physical, cognitive, and emotional health.
Her work emphasizes:
Clean Air & Respiratory Health – Reducing indoor pollutants, allergens, and toxins to prevent respiratory illnesses, especially in children.
Mental & Emotional Well-being – Enhancing natural light exposure, reducing stressors, and designing spaces that foster focus and relaxation.
Water & Environmental Safety – Advocating for purified water access and non-toxic materials to minimize long-term health risks.
Healthy Indoor Design & Ergonomics – Creating movement-friendly, stress-reducing indoor spaces that support long-term wellness.
Rachel believes that indoor health is not a luxury—it is a necessity for thriving families. By integrating evidence-based wellness strategies with real estate development and policy advocacy, she is working to shift the paradigm of family health from reactive care to preventive, environment-based solutions.
